1. Event Participation
By attending JFX, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. TRS Kids and JFX organizers reserve the right to ask any individual to leave the event if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or unsafe to others.
2. Media Release
By entering the event space, you grant TRS Kids and its partners permission to record, photograph, and livestream your likeness, voice, and/or participation for promotional or archival purposes, in perpetuity and without compensation.
If you prefer not to be included in photography or video, please notify staff at the registration table upon arrival.
3. Vendor & Pitch Participant Terms
All vendors and pitch participants are expected to follow all event setup/takedown times and JFX guidelines. TRS Kids is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of goods during the event. By participating, vendors and pitchers acknowledge and accept these terms.
4. Digital Experience Use
JFX includes a free digital component hosted via LEAD Sales Engine. By participating in the online experience, you agree not to share any private login credentials or misuse platform features in ways that disrupt the experience for others.
5. Liability Waiver
TRS Kids and affiliated event partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event or its associated activities. Attendees participate at their own risk.
6. Accessibility & Inclusivity
JFX is committed to creating a welcoming space for all people, regardless of race, gender identity, disability, or religion. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
7. Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share your personal information. Any email addresses, submissions, or sign-up data collected will be used only to communicate updates and opportunities related to JFX and TRS Kids programming.
